Booking with Martins Farm assumes you have read our Terms and Conditions and agree with them. Please have your Club membership number and your cheque book to hand

Booking using the on line system is the most efficient for everyone, either paying with PayPal or your credit card, both are very secure.

Paying by cheque is acceptable, your booking will still be valid. Use the form on this page to book and pay by cheque. Complete all the information asked for. Enter the start and end dates you want to stay with us. Supply the cheque number and membership number, and don’t forget to send us a cheque for the deposit or full amount.

If you do not want to use our on line booking system or the form on this page send us a message using the contact form or an email, or letter. When booking by letter please book well in advance so not to miss your chosen dates.

Whatever communication method you use enter all your contact details, start and end dates, cheque number, and don’t forget to send us a minimum deposit of £12 or £15 for one days stay or £24 or £30 for two or more days stay, varies depending on the time of year.

Charges include electric every night

£12 per night every night except:

£15 per night from 24 December to 2 January inclusive

£15 per night for July, August, September

Additions will be collected during your stay

£1 per extra car

£1 late departure (after 12 noon and before 5 pm)
